Peter Kraft
Rechtsanwalt at the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS)
Born in 1973, Peter Kraft has been Rechtsanwalt (attorney at law) since 2004, admitted in the district of the Higher Regional Court (Oberlandesgericht), Frankfurt am Main and a member of the bar in Frankfurt am Main. He studied at the Universities of Freiburg and Cologne and completed his practical training at the Higher Regional Court Cologne (Oberlandesgericht) in 2004. Since October 2005 he has been a Rechtsanwalt at the Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit e.V. (DIS – German Institution of Arbitration). He has sat as arbitrator and acted as secretary of the arbitral tribunal in numerous arbitral proceedings under the DIS, ICC and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
