Klaus Peter Berger
Professor Berger is founder and executive director of the Center for Transnational Law (CENTRAL) at the University of Cologne, Germany, and Director of the Cologne Academies. He is a member of the board and former president of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS). He is co-editor of "Arbitration International" and the "Oxford International Arbitration Series". Professor Berger is a practicing international arbitrator and has published extensively in the area of international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
